The Hood Art Museum at Dartmouth College is a beautiful, new building within the Hopkins Center for the Arts. Several galleries feature art from around the world designed and curated to invite viewers to engage in a dialogue with the works. The primary exhibitions when we visit be: Always Already: Abstraction in the United States and Beyond the Bouquet: Arranging Flowers in American Art. We will have docent-led tours, followed by time to browse the galleries on your own. This exciting museum is totally handicapped accessible and staffed by students and professionals who assist in guiding your tour.

After the museum, we will have lunch at the Salt Hill Pub in Lebanon, NH. For appetizer you have the choice of salad or a cup of beef and Guinness stew. Entrée includes a choice of fish and chips, a Reuben sandwich, a chopped salad with grilled chicken and bacon, or a Jake Burger (a bacon cheeseburger/fried egg/pub sauce/LTOP). Dessert will be brownies/cookies. On the way home we will stop at Beech Hill Farm in Hopkinton for a rest stop and ice cream.

Handicapped Accessibility: The Hood Museum and the Salt Hill Pub are both wheelchair accessible.
